What it is: A self-hosted, multi-tenant Shopify-class commerce platform.
What I built: Storefront, checkout, multi-market EU support, dropshipping, and a publisher across seven marketplaces.
What it proves: If I built the platform, I can build — and run — your shop on it.

Client project

What it is: A premium direct-to-consumer storefront for the German-speaking market.
What I built: The complete storefront as a dedicated tenant on my commerce platform — catalogue, checkout, tax and shipping rules.
What it proves: Real e-commerce, launched — not a demo.

Own product

What it is: A fiscal-compliance service for Italy and Germany, wired into third-party point-of-sale systems.
What I built: A multi-tenant core that takes on the fiscal responsibility (certified TSE in DE, hardware RT in IT).
What it proves: I handle the boring, high-stakes regulatory work correctly.

What it is: A live product: upload an STL/OBJ/3MF, get an instant quote, printed and shipped.
What I built: The full customer-facing product — instant quoting, FDM in PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU, DHL delivery.
What it proves: I ship customer-facing products end to end, payments and logistics included.

What it is: My own developer platform: a software forge and Git service I run and maintain.
What I built: Self-hosted Forgejo (dev hub) and Gitea (Git), on my own hardware.
What it proves: DevOps competence you can click on, not just claim.
